It is important to read everything, because if the commission is accepted, the client agrees to work with the seller along with these terms and conditions.

General terms• I WILL NOT DRAW• No explicit content. (+18)
• Mecha (complex robots, complicated machinery)
• Complicated Weapons
• Hate Art.

General information

  1. ★ I have the right to reject your order without giving any reason.

  2. ★ I will make the commissions by request’s order.

  3. ★ You are only purchasing the digital file (.png)

  4. ★ The original file (.clip, .fla, .psd, etc.) will not be sent under any conditions, nor will it’s sales price be negotiable.

  5. ★ No commercial use of any type of my art is permitted. Commissions are purely for personal use. (Negotiable)

  6. ★ Once I have started working on your commission, I will provide you with a sketch to let you know.

  7. ★ You can request changes as long as they are not excessive, as this delays the way I work.

  8. ★ As an artist, I have the freedom to sign all my works.

  9. ★ Depending on the complexity of the character and the amount of details, the original price can increase by up to 25%.

  10. ★ Please note that some colors in the character's palette may look slightly different due to shadow and lighting effects implemented. All this so that they fit better with my coloring style.

  11. ★ All completed assignments will be posted publicly on each of my pages. If for any reason you wish to keep your or your OC's name/alias (not canon/official characters) anonymous, please let me know in advance.

  12. ★ By asking me for a commission you are automatically accepting my terms and conditions with the commitment to comply with them as they dictate.

  13. ★ These terms may change at any time without prior notice.

As a client you are authorized to:

  1. Re-upload the commission to your networks by providing me with the corresponding credits.

  2. Use the commission for personal purposes (print it yourself, gift it to a friend, etc.)

  3. Use it as an avatar or decoration on any of your networks as long as it is for personal and non-profit use.

As a client you are NOT authorized to:

  1. Modify the work for any reason.

  2. Trace or take the illustration as a base for tracing.

  3. Use it for commercial purposes.

  4. Delete my signature.

  5. Claim the drawing as yours.

As an artist, I have all rights reserved on the illustration made.

Before Ordering

★ If you have any questions or concerns before ordering, please let me know! You can send me a note on Instagram, email or contact me by private message.★ My native language is Spanish and despite understanding English, it is somewhat difficult for me to write it. Therefore, messages in English may take a while to respond. Please be considerate and patient with this point.

working speed

  1. I am committed to finishing your commission as quickly as I can, but please be patient.

  2. The approximate waiting time is about 5 to 9 business days for illustration, however time may lengthen. In the worst case, the maximum period that the order can complete will be around 1 month.

  3. If I have other commissions to do before yours, understand that I will need more time.

  4. I will inform you if anything happens that could delay the order.

  5. If you need the commission by a certain date, please let me know in the form. I will not advance your quota, but it will help me to keep it in mind.

  6. I always work giving the best in my illustrations. Both you and I should be satisfied with the result, so I try to work when I feel most motivated.

Changes and tweaks

  1. If the drawing is finished I can add some minor details that I may have missed.

  2. Excessive changes from the outline will have an extra charge depending on the complexity.

  3. If you are a very detail-oriented person, please make sure you provide me with detailed information and references to have everything compliant.

Refund

  1. I can refund full payment if I haven't started working on your order yet.

  2. You have no right to cancel or request a refund once full payment has been received.

  3. A refund will only be made if the sketch was delivered and at that time it is decided not to continue with the process.

  4. Otherwise, if you are not satisfied with the final product there will be no refund. Be sure to tell me all the details I need when the sketch is delivered.

work process

The work will be carried out in the following order:• After the order is placed, I will start with the first sketch.
When the sketch is finished, it will be sent (with my watermark) to the client for review.• Once the necessary corrections have been made, I will proceed to finish the
Final product.What you receive:
• Complete drawing in full quality without watermark.The signature cannot be deleted.•The estimated delivery time of the first sketch is up to 5-9 (business days).
• The estimated delivery time of the final product is up to one month (business days).
• Delivery times may vary depending on my situation
(school, family problems or force majeure situations).

Payment process

• Payment will be through Paypal.• You can send payment at the following times:1. Before starting with the first sketch.2. After seeing the first sketch and making correctionsnecessary.3. I will not start on the final product until I receive payment.I will request the payment myself to avoid any erroneous transaction.— Do not send any advance payment until I have accepted your order.
